I'm the person who comes in when something is messy, complicated, or stuck, and I make it make sense. Not just the interface. The workflows underneath it, the data models, and the handoffs where the front end and the back end actually have to talk to each other.
The through-line
Regulated, high-stakes, and shipped
Most of my career has been spent where the stakes are real and the rules are strict. Investment banking at CIBC. Government service design for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and the Government of Alberta. Financial services at Aviso Wealth. Platforms with dense stakeholder maps, compliance constraints, audit trails, and a working product at the end.
The instinct is the same every time: think in systems. How do the product, the platform, the APIs, the data models, and the business processes connect? What happens upstream and downstream from the thing we're designing? I build the experience architecture that everything else hangs on.

A decade across the bank
Part of the UX leadership team brought together in 2017 for the redesign of CIBC.com onto an Adobe AEM design system, bringing it into a responsive, library-based templated design system still in use today; UX lead on multiple banking product workflows including small-business onboarding, enabling multiple signatories in the online-only account-opening process, no branch visit; redesigned a suite of nine investment calculators as one interconnected service.

Condo Dispute Resolution Platform
UI design for a multi-party web app that moves formal disputes through structured legal workflows. Three interconnected user types, each with their own experience, shipped on a hard fiscal deadline.

Paper to digital, in the field
Migrated a paper-based roadside vehicle-inspection system to a modular app with full chain-of-custody data. Ran Google Ventures design sprints that cut requirements-gathering from months to three weeks.

Qtrade v1.0 → v2.0
Took a disjointed set of screens and turned it into a consolidated, user-centered trading experience across web and mobile. Accessible, tested, and production-ready.
